W.S.P.E.R. brings people across our movements into shared space to heal, learn, and build strategy together. Grounded in and led by BIPOC, queer, trans, nonbinary, disabled, neurodivergent, low-to-no-income communities, and frontline activists/organizers, we create offerings that reflect the realities and wisdom of those most impacted.
Our work is rooted in interrupting burnout culture, reconnecting to ancestral and community knowledge, and shifting the patterns that keep our movements fragmented. Through workshops, skill shares, storytelling, collective reflection, and action planning, we support communities in practicing new ways of being and moving toward aligned, sustainable change.
We are proudly fiscally sponsored by Ma Mukti, "a national ecosystem led by and for women and gender-expansive people—especially Black, Brown, and Indigenous women of color—who are shifting the very foundation of what leadership in our movements looks like, feels like, and delivers."
